The Treasure Practice is a daily invitation to pause, notice, and cherish. By writing down even one treasure each day—a moment, a word, a gift—you create a living archive of what nourishes your soul.

Each treasure is placed in a vessel of your choosing—a vase, a handcrafted box, a basket, or something made by your own hands. Over time, this vessel becomes a symbol of devotion, filled with shimmering reminders of joy.

When you return to your vessel and draw forth a treasure, the moment comes alive again—guiding your heart with gratitude and love.
