A Story, A Song, and the Field of Pure Potentiality

Listen to Podcast

In this special episode, I share a spontaneous song woven from threads of personal experience, timeless teachings, and the living current of creative intelligence. This song came to life through the words of Yogi Bhajan, the message of Sri Sita Ram Das, and the universal field of pure potentiality—what some call Source, Spirit, or God.

I reflect on my own journey during Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training—amidst global upheaval and community reckonings—and how I stayed anchored in the eternal truth flowing beneath any outer form: the Song of the Soul. This is not about right or wrong, nor about defending or condemning—it's about remembering. Remembering who we are. Remembering the creative spark within us. Remembering the timeless flow of life.

💫 This episode is dedicated to those who’ve felt disillusioned or disconnected—may you return to the song within your heart. I honor and respect wherever you are on your path.

May we never give up on ourselves or each other. May we hold space for awakening, for remembering. “God and Me--Me and God, We Are One—Under the Sun.”

Includes the song Humme Hum Brahm Hum and an invitation to Expect Miracles.

A Note from My Heart: This episode is shared as it flowed—raw, real, and alive. In honor of the Great Mystery, I’ve chosen not to edit or perfect it any more. May it carry the song of remembering, just as it arrived. Sometimes, it’s the unpolished moments that reveal the deepest truths.
